While RN Labs can assist patients with general questions such as billing & shipping, patients with questions on their healthcare will be referred back to their practitioner.

How can I edit the displayed practitioner name/s?
The practitioner name that displays when authorising a test is linked to the practitioner we have on file for your RN Labs account / login. If you are one of multiple practitioners working at the same clinic, then select your name from the drop-down list.
If you wish to edit the practitioner names that are linked to your clinic, contact our office and we can edit your information: Support@RNLabs.com.au or phone 1800 110 158.
I want to understand what this process is like for my patients
If you want to see the email and link that your patients receive when you authorise a test, you can test it out by entering ‘Test Patient’ as the patient name, then entering your own email address in the patient email section.
IMPORTANT: Please LOG OUT before clicking the emailed link “as a test patient”.
(If you are still logged in, you will be taken through the practitioner check-out which is not a illustrative of the patient check-out).
