How to Login
Your User Name is ALWAYS your RN Labs Customer Code. You can find this on all invoices and statements from RN Labs. If you are unsure of your Customer Code, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist.
You have been provided with a default password which was emailed to you when you opened an account with RN Labs. However, we strongly encourage you to change this for security reasons. When accessing your Test Result Portal for the first time, you will be prompted to change this for security.
Unsure of your password? Click ‘Forgot’ beneath the login section (to the right of this page), enter your email OR Customer Code, and a new password will be emailed to you.
Note: If you are unable to receive an email, this is likely because your Main Email address is set to a different address in our system. Since you need to be logged in to change your email address – please contact us and we can update your email and reset your password.
