Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

These conditions apply to every sale made by RN Labs to the customer, and any variation should be signed on
behalf of RN Labs. RN Labs reserves the right to change the account terms and conditions.

PAYMENT
  • Payment of all invoices due within 30 days of the end of the month in which the goods were supplied.
  • RN Labs reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities at its sole discretion.
  • RN Labs reserves the right to charge 2% per month interest for late payments.
TITLE AND RISK
  • Title in the goods remains with the vendor, and does not pass to the customer until RN Labs has been paid in full, in cleared funds. RN Labs reserves the right to withhold productsand/or test results until payment has been received.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.
DEFAULT AND CONSEQUENCES DEFAULT
  • The Customer must pay the Seller’s costs (including but not limited to legal costs as between solicitor and client) of and incidental to the enforcement or attempted enforcement for the Seller’s rights, remedies and powers under this agreement.
  • If the Customer defaults in payment of any invoice when due, the Customer shall indemnify the Seller from and against all the Seller’s legal costs and disbursements for collection or attempted collection of the defaulted amount calculated on a solicitor and own client basis.
  • In the event that the Customer’s payment is dishonoured for any reason the Customer shall be liable for any dishonour fees incurred by the Seller.
ORDERING AND DISPATCH
Our order department is open to receive orders between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm (QLD time) Monday to Friday.
Every reasonable attempt will be made to dispatch orders received prior to 12 pm (QLD time) on the day of receipt of order.
Orders received after 12 pm (QLD time) will be dispatched the following business day.
FREIGHT
All products can be purchased in any quantity. All orders over $200 excluding GST will be delivered freight free.
Orders under $200 attract a freight charge of $14.50 (+GST).
CREDITS AND RETURNS

No credit will be processed for returned goods unless:

  • The goods were supplied in error, incorrectly addressed or were damaged in transit and
  • A request for credit is lodged within 2 days of receipt of product, providing invoice reference and date of order and
  • The goods are returned within 7 days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
RN Labs operates a back-order system. Out-of-stock items will be back-ordered and advice given as to the expected delivery date.
Any back-ordered items will be forwarded freight free as soon as they are available.
(Please inform RN Labs if you do not wish to receive back-ordered items).
SUPPLY POLICY

RN Labs has an obligation to adhere to national regulatory requirements for the distribution of specialised healthcare products. The following conditions must be met in order to obtain and maintain a ‘Practising Health Practitioner’ account and have access to ‘practitioner-only’ products and services, as well as any materials pertaining to them (such as technical manuals, product information, access to training seminars etc.).

  • Products and testing services must be prescribed to patients by a fully qualified and practising health practitioner in the context of a private consultation.
  • Under no circumstances should RN Labs’s practitioner-only product range be visibly stored or displayed in a retail setting (inclusive of online sales).
  • RN Labs reserves the right to remove products and refuse future sale when stored or sold inappropriately.

Jessica Morland

Jess is a qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. She believes that there is no one size fits all approach and is passionate about educating, inspiring and supporting clients and practitioners with a customised approach to healthcare. Specialties include preconception, pregnancy, post-natal and infant care. 

Jess is excited to build relationships, educate and share her knowledge with both retail and practitioners in South Queensland and Northern NSW.

Lauren is an NHAA accredited Clinical Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science. She is incredibly passionate about natural health and educating clients on the foundational importance of nutrition, lifestyle and stress management and believes complimenting these building blocks with nutraceutical support and functional testing often holds the key to optimal health and vitality. Lauren looks forward to supporting practitioners and clients in these key areas.

Specialties include supporting thyroid health, digestive disorders and mental health.
