I acknowledge and accept the possibility of delivery delays when returning my sample. These delays may occur due to factors beyond RN Labs’ control, including extreme weather events, customs inspections, and other unforeseen circumstances. RN Labs will always be transparent with any such delays that may affect sample viability, and in exceptional circumstances a sample recollection may be required (at no additional cost).
I accept that it is my responsibility to follow the instructions (found inside the test kit) correctly. If I am unable to follow the instructions, it is my responsibility to contact the RN Labs support team for assistance. If a test kit needs to be re-sent due to not following the instructions correctly, an additional $50 handling fee will be charged.
I accept that requests for a refund on an unsubmitted test must be made no more than 30 days after the test kit order. The handling fee will not be refunded.
I understand that additional fees may apply for samples returned more than 12 months after kit purchase.

Lauren is an NHAA accredited Clinical Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science. She is incredibly passionate about natural health and educating clients on the foundational importance of nutrition, lifestyle and stress management and believes complimenting these building blocks with nutraceutical support and functional testing often holds the key to optimal health and vitality. Lauren looks forward to supporting practitioners and clients in these key areas.
