The Beginning of a Mission
We started with a single goal in mind: to provide Australian healthcare practitioners access to the highest quality products and functional testing.

First Major Partnerships
Our first suppliers, Nordic Naturals and Doctor’s Data, helped set the foundation for supplying evidence-based, practitioner- focused solutions in Australia. Since then, practitioners have continued to trust these brands, allowing them to remain an important part of what we offer today.
2015
The Beginning of RN Labs’ Products
In 2015, we launched the RN Labs product line, starting with our B-vitamin range designed for more personalised protocols. This launch marked the beginning of our dedication to products made using only benign or beneficial excipients, with full label transparency.
2016
DUTCH Testing and Education Focus
In 2016 we proudly partnered with the inventor of the DUTCH test; Mark Newman at Precision Analytical, empowering clinicians with the tools to uncover deeper insights into their patients’ hormonal health. RN Labs remains the sole distributor of this test in Australia.
Our online learning platform was created, offering live and recorded webinars to help clinicians stay at the forefront of healthcare research and innovation.
2017
Advanced Testing and Education
Enabled us to offer many flagship tests, including the signature OAT test.
Additionally, we toured with Dr. Carrie Jones (U.S.A.), offering hormone workshops around the country.
2018
Finding Balance Event
Many practitioners will remember welcoming Dr. Carrie Jones (representing Precision Analytical) back to Sydney for the Finding Balance with Hormones full-day workshop.
2019
2019 saw us partner with KBMO, a pioneering laboratory specialising in Complement+IgG testing, providing practitioners with a more comprehensive understanding of patients’ immune responses.
Doctor’s Data launched their flagship stool test, the GI360, offering a complete view of the microbiome, providing clinicians with deeper insights for more targeted treatment. This was supported by an Australian seminar tour with Dr. David Quig (U.S.A).
2020
Due to popular request, we also announced Nordic Naturals practitioner-only labels for ProOmega and Arctic Cod Liver Oil softgels.
2021
Growth and Digital Connection
Doubled our warehouse and office space in Brisbane to accommodate our expanding operations.
We hosted a landmark event with world-class international speakers, live mindfulness exercises, and Q&A sessions, offering clinicians valuable professional and personal wellbeing resources from their homes.
2023
New Website and Practitioner Hub
We launched our new website and practitioner hub, featuring advanced features like tracking of test results and viewing invoices online. New tools are continually being added, helping practitioners with the resources they need to provide the best possible care.
2024
New Products, Education, and MTHFR Partnership
With over 90 webinars available, we upgraded to EDU Insights, making it easier to find webinars and gain CPE points
We became the new Australian distributor of these advanced formulas and began co-labelling with our own Therapure and RN Labs branding.
2025
New Clinical Tools
We integrated our Patient Order System with the Practitioner Hub, making it easy to calculate rebates, view statements, and customise discounts.

Jess is a qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. She believes that there is no one size fits all approach and is passionate about educating, inspiring and supporting clients and practitioners with a customised approach to healthcare. Specialties include preconception, pregnancy, post-natal and infant care.
Jess is excited to build relationships, educate and share her knowledge with both retail and practitioners in South Queensland and Northern NSW.
Lauren is an NHAA accredited Clinical Naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science. She is incredibly passionate about natural health and educating clients on the foundational importance of nutrition, lifestyle and stress management and believes complimenting these building blocks with nutraceutical support and functional testing often holds the key to optimal health and vitality. Lauren looks forward to supporting practitioners and clients in these key areas.
Specialties include supporting thyroid health, digestive disorders and mental health.
