A 32 year old female presented with major depression and chronic pain from a spinal injury. History of extreme trauma and suicidal ideation, spinal injury occurred in a car accident. She was managing the pain of this injury for 3-4 years before contracting a COVID infection. The infection caused an increased onset of pain, touch pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance. This increased so much she couldn’t go out and had to work from home. |

Outcome The patient experienced an immediate alleviation of pain and a longer sleep duration. Her energy improved, and she experienced a big change in touch sensation as previously could not do any physio/ chiro, but now can explore that. This makes a huge impact to her quality of life and pain management.
