A patient presented with very bad skin reactions to dairy, pizza and fermented foods where her skin was getting “incredibly itchy” – almost unbearable for a few hours – plus bloating and flatulence. The only way to avoid these symptoms that works was avoiding the foods identified.
Treatment

The patient was prescribed 2x Enzymedica Intolergest with meals when eating the identified foods.
